At MISSSEOUL, we want your K-beauty favourites to reach you quickly and safely. We currently deliver to customers throughout Switzerland.

Shipping Within Switzerland

MISSSEOUL currently ships to addresses within Switzerland only.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During launches, promotions and other busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are normally delivered within approximately 2–4 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, high shipping volumes, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Any free-shipping promotions or minimum-order requirements will be clearly communicated on our website or at checkout.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We will do our best to update your address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has already been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be charged to the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost during delivery, please contact us at @ with your order number and details of the issue.

For damaged deliveries, please also include clear photographs of the package and affected products so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

At this time, MISSSEOUL ships within Switzerland only.

We hope to bring MISSSEOUL to more destinations in the future.
